                   Heated Stone Massage                    

My specialty! Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where I use smooth, heated stones. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and warm up tight muscles so I can work more deeply, more quickly promoting a profound level of muscle relaxation, alleviates stress, releases toxins, relieves pain, improves circulation and calms the psyche.

                 Prenatal massage                      

Similar to massage during non-pregnancy in terms of the goals (relaxation, pain relief, increased circulation & mobility, etc.). However, due to the changes undergone during pregnancy, modification are made. To accommodate comfort special pillows, positioning and techniques are utilized to ensure relaxation for both the expecting mother and baby. Prenatal massage can help provide relief and a sense of well being that is much deserved.

Thai Massage on the Table

Thai Bodywork is a lot more than just physical stretching. It achieves a deep therapeutic effect without force through a smooth-flowing sequence of moves, done rhythmically, to work the entire body, all the joints and main muscle groups as well as energy meridians, using several touch techniques.  Coordinating with breathing, meditation, and energy work also enhances the effect of the work. The whole treatment is dance-like and meditative, resulting in relief from pain, greater flexibility, flow of energy, deep relaxation, and feeling of well-being.

Thai Foot Scrub & Reflexology Massage

Starting with a foot scrub, the foot scrub helps to relax the feet, soften the skin, and improve circulation. Go through the sins and use a wooden stick to follow the Thai reflexology.

Chair Massage 

Chair massage is a fun addition to all parties – Grand Opening, Birthday, Graduation, Anniversary, Family Reunion, Employee/Client/Customer Appreciation, even Bridal & Baby Showers!

Chair massage is a style of seated massage typically focusing on the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Techniques will vary depending upon individual client needs and goals, while the client relaxes comfortably on a professional massage chair. Client remains fully clothed.

60 minute minimum + $40 transportation/set-up fee
